A few months ago, I changed up my morning coffee. And I don’t think I’m ever going back. Forget the sugar and cream – I take my coffee with honey and cinnamon.
Aside from its delicious taste, the honey cinnamon latte boasts quite a few health benefits. Honey, one of the oldest sweeteners, has antioxidants and can help with gastrointestinal disorders. Cinnamon is also anti-inflammatory and heart-friendly. One tablespoon of ground cinnamon contains 0 grams of fat, 0 grams of sugar, and 4% fiber, 68% manganese, 8% calcium, 4% iron, and 3% vitamin K of the recommended daily requirements!

Honey Cinnamon Latte
- Brew coffee of choice
- Add 1 – 2 teaspoons of honey to the bottom of your favorite mug
- Pour freshly brewed coffee over honey
- Add 2 – 4 oz of warm milk of choice (I use unsweetened almond milk)
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
